Last Tuesday, Sweden had something called "fettisdagen", which is basically a day dedicated to this special pastry – a bun-like bread with whipped cream and marzipan between. And some sugar on top. This pastry is called "semla".

Where I have my internship, these delicious, small semlas were served that day.
